For industrial companies in particular, it is becoming increasingly important to adhere to requirements governing protection of health and the environment and occupational safety.
In the ideal case, occupational safety goes hand in hand with machine safety. Both have the goal of preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment. It is self-evident that it is not always easy to connect both sides.
For this reason, we provide expert assistance in the planning, implementation, controlling and optimization of operational processes in the areas of health protection, occupational safety and environmental management.

Technical Safety assessment
Employers are obligated to ensure that no hazards can be posed by working equipment. A technical safety assessment shows whether a machine technically complies with necessary requirements.
Lock Out Tag Out – LoTo for short – originates in the US and refers to the safe shutting off of all power sources posing a risk. It involves reactivation blocks, e.g. when performing maintenance work on machines.
With the introduction of the LOTOTO process, I feel much more confident and comfortable in my role as the responsible technician for the safe maintenance of the equipment. Now, everyone involved has the knowledge, the capabilities and the equipment to bring plants and machines into a safe working condition. Even under high production pressure and during very stressful downtimes, there are no exceptions to the LOTOTO rule: Total control of all energy - One person, one key. Besides, I am very proud that even employees of external companies provide the feedback: I feel safe with your LOTOTO procedure.

We have a modern corporate culture. The training and further education of our employees is just as important to us as their safety and enjoyment at work. For this reason, we were looking for a partner with both the professional and social skills to accompany us in risk assessment. Our employees should return home as healthy as they were when they started work. Because the well-being and safety of our employees is close to our hearts.
